Iyabo Ojo Reflects on Success and the Rewards of Doing Good

Veteran Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has attributed her success and that of her children to the good deeds she has done in the past. In a recent interview with Seun Oloketuyi, she stated that she is currently enjoying the fruits of her kindness and hard work.

Iyabo Ojo emphasized the importance of being self-reliant, noting that in times of struggle, one must learn to stand alone. She stressed that no matter how much people claim to love you, survival ultimately depends on individual efforts.

The actress also credited her daughter, Priscilla, for encouraging her to use TikTok, which has now become a significant source of income for her. She admitted that without her daughter’s push, she might not have explored the platform and gained financial success from it.

She stated, “Good pays. What I am reaping today or my children are reaping today is the good that I have done. Every man is on his own. When you have kids early, trust me, you don’t want to grow old because your kids will always make you feel young. Priscilla talked me into using TikTok, and I have made so much money from it.”

Iyabo Ojo also spoke about her role in calling for the exhumation of late singer Mohbad’s body, expressing some regret over the situation.
