Ronke Oshodi-Oke Praises Iyabo Ojo’s Co-Parenting and Defends Tope Alabi’s Family Choices

Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke has praised Iyabo Ojo for her exemplary co-parenting and dedication to her children, particularly in relation to their daughter Priscilla’s wedding. In a recent interview on Oyinmomo TV, Oshodi commended Iyabo for including her ex-husband in the wedding, a gesture she believes reflects Iyabo’s commitment to her children’s well-being.

“I give kudos to Iyabo Ojo. When Priscilla and her brother were young, she was always going everywhere with them. She is a devoted mother. I now respect her more when I saw Priscilla’s dad at the wedding. I also learnt a lesson from her,” Ronke shared.

In the same interview, Ronke also addressed the controversy surrounding gospel singer Tope Alabi, whose ex-husband was notably absent from their daughter’s wedding. Ronke suggested that the daughter, now 27 years old, might have been the one who chose not to invite her father.

“Don’t let us blame Tope Alabi for not allowing the father of her daughter to be present at her wedding. The girl is 27 years old, maybe she was the one that didn’t want to see her dad. She is an adult. If she really wanted her dad, she would have insisted to her mum,” Ronke explained.

Ronke emphasized the importance of understanding in family matters, stressing that each situation is unique and should be approached with compassion and insight.
