Portable Hits Back at VeryDarkMan with New Diss Track, Calls Him Out Over Past and NGO Money

Nigerian street-hop singer Portable has once again stirred controversy online, responding to activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) with a fiery diss track. The ongoing feud between the two has gotten more intense, as both parties continue trading heavy insults and accusations on social media.

Recently, VDM dropped a diss track where he called Portable a thief, posting an old video that allegedly showed the singer stealing a Keke Napep (tricycle) back in 2020. The video quickly went viral and added fuel to their already heated public fallout.

Portable has now fired back with his own diss track and social media rants. In his new song, the Zazu crooner repeatedly accuses VDM of being “adodi,” a slang term often used to insult someone’s masculinity or suggest hidden sexual behavior. One of the most repeated lines in the track is: “VeryDarkMan adodi, you be adodi.”

Not stopping there, Portable also accused VDM of mismanaging donations meant for his NGO, claiming that big names like Don Jazzy contributed money, but the funds were not properly used. He also shared an old clip of VDM referred to as the “Noodles” video, which allegedly showed VDM exposing himself online, mocking him for his past.

Portable defended his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, accusing VDM and his allies of targeting and blackmailing anyone who supports the Nigerian leader. He claimed that VDM’s life had improved under Tinubu’s government, saying he had moved from drinking sachet water to table water and now drives a nice car.

In a passionate video, Portable also accused unnamed individuals of previously trying to ruin his life by stripping him and posting embarrassing videos of him online. He said they used VDM to blackmail him because of his political support and alleged that he has filed a petition against them.

“I didn’t sign any deal with them. They only bought me a phone and when I decided to leave, they sent boys to collect it back,” Portable said. “I’ve never stolen anything in my life. They are trying to destroy me.”

He ended his message by calling on government officials and the public to protect him, especially because of his open support for President Tinubu. As this feud continues to unfold, fans and followers are glued to their screens, watching the drama escalate.
