Daddy Freeze Says 2Baba’s Apology Was Too Much and Suggests He Is Being Controlled

Media personality Daddy Freeze has shared his thoughts about 2Baba’s recent apology. The popular broadcaster said the singer’s public apology was too dramatic and not needed. 2Baba, also known as 2Face Idibia, had earlier apologized for saying that men are not naturally made to stay with only one woman. His apology came after people reacted strongly to his statement.

Daddy Freeze posted a video on TikTok where he said 2Baba didn’t need to say so much. He felt that the singer should have just made a short and simple apology. He said, “You said something wrong—fine. Just say sorry in one line. Why say ‘I fk up, I fk up’? You are not a child, 2Baba.”

He also said that something seems different about 2Baba now. According to him, it looks like someone is telling the singer what to do. Daddy Freeze added, “This is not the 2Face we used to know. It feels like someone is controlling him.”

He jokingly called someone “Jebeto” and asked them to leave “Pinopi” alone, hinting that someone close to 2Baba may be influencing him. Freeze said many people have tried to talk to 2Baba in private and even set up meetings, but the singer refused to come. He said it hurts to see someone he cares about acting this way.

Daddy Freeze’s comments come after other media figures, including Do2dtun, also spoke out about the singer’s recent behavior. So far, 2Baba has not replied to any of these comments or said anything more in public.
