Cubana Chief Priest Shares Regret Over Not Becoming Catholic Priest for Late Mother

Celebrity barman and businessman, Cubana Chief Priest, has opened up about a deeply emotional part of his life that many fans did not know about. In a heartfelt post, he revealed the guilt he still carries for not fulfilling his late mother’s wish that he would one day become a Catholic priest.

According to him, his mother struggled for six years without a child. During this difficult period, she made a vow to God that if she was blessed with a son, he would serve Him as a priest. When she finally conceived after a complicated pregnancy, she gave him the name Chibuike, which means “God is my strength.”

Chief Priest explained that after growing up, he tried to enter the seminary to become a priest, but his efforts were unsuccessful. Although he went on to achieve fame and success in business and entertainment, he admitted that he still feels pain every day for not making his mother proud by becoming what she had promised God.

He described how his life took a positive turn after his mother’s passing, which he believes gave him spiritual strength from heaven. Despite his regrets, he finds comfort in the thought that his current role as the “Chief Priest” in the entertainment industry still allows him to serve God in his own way, even though it is not inside the church.

Chief Priest revealed that this guilt weighs heavily on him as the 10th anniversary of his mother’s death approaches. He noted that his mother always wanted him to be called “Mama Father”—a title given to mothers of Catholic priests—but that dream never came to pass.

As a way to honor her memory, he announced that he will soon release a Catholic-inspired song. He hopes the song will pay tribute to her sacrifices and the strong faith she held throughout her life.

This confession shows a softer side of Cubana Chief Priest, one that fans rarely see beyond his usual flamboyant lifestyle and public persona. His story highlights how faith, family promises, and destiny can shape a person’s journey in unexpected ways.
