Nigerian singer Crayon, whose real name is Charles Chibueze Chukwu, has caused a stir online after publicly calling out his record label boss, Don Jazzy. The singer, signed to Blowtime Entertainment, a part of Mavin Records, made a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) that drew attention from fans and media.

In one post, Crayon wrote, “Don Jazzy na my boy!!!!!! Una dey maddddd!!?? Shayennnnn sharayyyyyy333,” which seemed to question the leadership at Mavin Records.

He also made a sharper comment about Tega Oghenejobo, the Chief Operating Officer of Mavin Records, calling him a “highest criminal.” Crayon claimed that he lost his mother because of the label, though he did not provide more details.

In another post, the singer wrote, “Mavin is going down!!!!!!”, hinting at possible tensions between him and the record label. Fans have started speculating about the future of Crayon’s relationship with Mavin Records.

There is some uncertainty over whether Crayon’s X account might have been compromised. However, he continues to post normally on his Instagram page, suggesting his account is secure.
