Zlatan Ibile Suggests Boxing Match to End Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck’s Feud

Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has offered an unusual solution to the ongoing rift between fellow rappers Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck — a boxing match to help them settle their differences once and for all.

Speaking during an interview with Yanga FM Lagos, Zlatan revealed that he is already in talks with the promoters who organized the viral Portable vs Speed Darlington boxing bout in April. He said he hopes to stage a similar event for Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck by December 2025.

“I want to organise a boxing match for Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck. They are both my friends. I’m already talking to the organisers of the Speed Darlington vs Portable boxing match to make this happen,” Zlatan said.

The rapper expressed concern that the ongoing feud, although generating online buzz, could negatively affect the unity and growth of the Nigerian music industry. He said his main goal is to help his colleagues resolve their issues peacefully while keeping fans entertained.

Zlatan also made it clear that despite the public drama, he has personal relationships with both artists and believes they can eventually put aside their differences. “They are my guys. I sincerely hope they resolve their issues. I don’t want that energy between them. I’m sure that one day they will reconcile and even collaborate,” he stated.

He further explained that the boxing match would be a fun way to release tension and rebuild friendship between the two artists. According to him, such an event would not only entertain fans but also encourage reconciliation in the entertainment industry.

“I think a boxing match will help them settle things and maybe laugh about it later. After that, I believe we’ll see a great collaboration between them,” he added with optimism.

The rapper’s suggestion has stirred conversations online, with fans expressing mixed reactions — some supporting the playful approach, while others call for more mature conflict resolution between the rappers.
