Toyin Abraham Vows to Stand Firm with Iyabo Ojo Against Online Bullying

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has publicly declared her support for her colleague Iyabo Ojo, who has been facing constant bullying and attacks online.

In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, Toyin explained that she had silently prayed for Iyabo Ojo over the past months, hoping the negative comments and insults would end. However, she revealed that she could no longer remain quiet and was ready to take action in defense of her colleague.

According to Toyin, her silence has reached its limit, and she feels it is time to openly show her support. “Aunty mi, Aunty Iyabo… I’ve watched you get bullied for months. I stayed silent, fighting with you in spirit, hoping they’d stop. But they didn’t. Now, I’m about to react — and I pray the world won’t call it overreacting. Because this time, I’m going to OVERDO it. Not just as a mum… but as the Oversabi that I am. Let’s go,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Iyabo Ojo has spoken about her decision to ignore the continuous insults and curses directed at her by fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin. Lizzy has, for months, launched attacks against Iyabo, even extending them to her family and grandson, Rakeem Mkambala.

Iyabo explained that while it has been difficult to remain silent, her strength comes from God. She also confirmed that her legal team is already preparing to address the matter fully. “This distraction has been heavy, but I am focused on supporting my daughter, Priscillia, and standing in the gap for my family. The rest will be handled when I return to Lagos,” she noted.

The ongoing feud has sparked major conversations within Nollywood circles and among fans on social media, with many calling for an end to the public drama. Toyin Abraham’s strong declaration of support has now added more weight to Iyabo Ojo’s fight, showing the importance of unity among colleagues during times of crisis.
