(Video) Youths Paraded by Security Forces for Doing Drugs
Men of Rivers state vigilante in Ogba Egbema and Ndoni, (ONELGA L.G.A) known as ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Committee (OSPAC), have arrested about 29 youths and paraded them in omuko community, ONELGA local government area of Rivers state Nigeria, for drug abuse.
The youths who were arrested in different locations within the community are said to be taking ICE aka mkpurumiri.
