Despite the stiff competition, Ayra Starr remains optimistic about clinching the prestigious award. “I have my Grammys speech ready. It is quite long because it is the first African category. I already know my walk, my outfit,” she confidently expressed.
Ayra Starr shared her plans for celebration if she wins, highlighting a visit to a Chinese restaurant for a meal and a video call to her mother. The 66th Grammy Awards, scheduled for February 4, 2024, in Los Angeles, will witness Ayra Starr’s ‘Rush’ competing against tracks by industry heavyweights like Davido, Burna Boy, and Olamide.
