Health conditions you can treat by eating garden egg regularly

Garden eggs are common and popular in Nigeria. They are mostly enjoyed as snacks by people. Garden eggs are a big part of Igbo culture. It is served during festivals like New yam festival, age grade festivals etc and also during marriage celebrations. It is also used to prepare the delicious Abacha.

Garden eggs are medicinal. They are not just good to eat as snacks or during festivals. Account to medical experts, when you eat garden eggs regularly, it can help to treat some health conditions.

1. Garden eggs help to lower high blood sugar. They are very effective in helping to lower high blood sugar in the body. This is good news for those who are diabetic or prediabetic.

All you need to do is to take your medication and also eat at least 3 to 4 pieces of garden eggs daily.

You can do for at least 7 days before retesting yourself to check your progress.

It is also important to stay totally away from sugar and high starch foods like garri. You can use pounded yam, corn meal or oats for your swallow.

2. Garden eggs help to lower high cholesterol levels in the body. Garden eggs contain high amounts of fibre, and fibre is very effective in helping to lower high cholesterol levels.

All you need to do is to ensure you eat some quantity daily while staying away from foods that can cause high cholesterol levels such as processed meat, fast foods and fried foods.
