Meet The Strongest Woman Who Started Lifting Weights at Age of 14
The 28-year-old Russian female bodybuilder Nataliya Kuznetsova currently holds the title of world arm lifting champion, the world title of bench Press, the international title of a dead-lift, the title of European bench press, and the title of European deadlift.
Nataliya professionally began her career when she was just a little girl, like everybody else until her trainer one day asked her if she wants to participate in a body-building competition, she started going to the gym.
I went to the gym without the desired target for the first time, just like anyone else, but after three months, my trainer asked me if I wanted to compete in a bodybuilding competition. I was the champion of the Zabaykalsky Krai region at the age of 15.
At the age of fourteen, the word champion started her strong career in muscle benefit.
In 2013, she graduated from the Academy of Culture of Moscow and now lives with him in Moscow, Russia. She is married to Vladislav Kuznetsov.
Nataliya Kuznetsova once said that she does not care if her husband has a bigger biceps, adding that the most important thing to do is love one another.
She said she weighed around 40 kg, and it was “a shy, tiny mouse” when she was younger. Her father thought building her body would help her fight against low self-esteem. She had low self-esteem. She now claims 102 kg she weights.
